Three very good reasons: 1. It helps expend energy. 2. It helps stop the loss in muscle mass that often occurs with dieting. 3. It may increase your daily resting metabolism.
How can I make aerobic exercise fun?
By simply exercising with friends, or in a group doing something you enjoy (such as surfing or tennis, etc.), listening to music, or exercising in a beautiful and welcoming environment.
Is it true that aerobic exercise burns fat faster than other types of exercise?
Yes and no. While aerobic exercise burns fat during exercising, both weight training and anaerobic exercise burn a high degree of fat during the recovery phase after a workout.
