BOOT CAMP

This is a high energy, calorie burning, extremely fun class! Novices and well-conditioned athletes will be challenged at their own pace. The best part is that no two classes are the same! You'll never get bored from working out again!

An example breakdown of the class would be a 20 minute abdominal workout, 20 minutes strength training, and 20 minutes of pure cardio. Some example exercises are: aerobic karate, jump training, yoga, and turkish stand-ups (you'll have to come to the class to find out what this is!).

This class meets three times per week for 1 hour, and is taught by a certified personal trainer. Choose Monday & Wednesday from 6-7pm, Tuesday & Thursday from
7-8pm, or Saturday 9-10am. The cost is $75 for members and $85 for
non-members.
